You'll come in through the West Entrance of campus, off of High St/Empire Grade. You'll be on Heller Dr.
Make the first right you can see past the kiosk, into the West Remote Parking Lot, where you will park.
B. Walk from there up the road at the far end of the lot. (It's called the J Herman Blake Provost House.)
In just about 100 yards, you'll see a large field on the right. That’s where the ceremony is!
(More detail:
1. [From the South Bay:] Take Hwy 17 South to Hwy 1 North then after 1 mile, take a R on Bay Drive. [From points South via I5:] Take 152 West to Hwy 1 North then after about 1 mile, take a R on Bay Drive.
2. Reach UCSC’s main entrance (~ 1 1/4 miles), but turn left on High St. (You want the West Entrance.)
3. After ~1 mile, turn R at UCSC’s West Entrance / Heller Drive.
4. Take an immediate R on South Oakes Road, park at the West Remote lot - (then see B above)
OR
[From points North via Hwy 1:] Take Hwy 1 South then turn L on Western Drive just as you enter town.
Follow Western Drive to High Street (~1 1/4 miles)
After ~1/2 mile, turn R at UCSC’s West Entrance / Heller Drive.
Take an immediate R on South Oakes Road, park at the West Remote lot - (then see B above)
